Dr Anna Colwell has interests in lifestyle medicine, infectious diseases, travel health and families. She has had further training and experience in public health, infectious diseases and travel medicine and has worked as a Senior Medical Advisor for the Commonwealth Department of Health in areas including immunisation, outbreaks and disaster planning.

Most recently has been overseeing the delivery of mental health in a national organisation.

Anna completed Medicine at the University of Tasmania. Since then she has practised in urban, rural and remote practices including Canberra.

Outside of work Anna enjoys hikes and rides with family and friends, reading, growing vegetables and creating cakes when there is a special event.

Nick has special interests in paediatrics, men’s health, women’s health, palliative care and travel medicine but is passionate about all aspects of general practice.

His interest in medicine first stemmed from studying and working as a biomedical engineer in Australia and Europe.

Nick graduated from the Australian National University in 2016. In 2019, he completed a critical care year in ICU, anaesthetics and emergency medicine, gaining an Emergency Certificate with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine.

During his spare time, Nick loves playing sports, mountain biking, hiking in Namagdi National Park and snowboarding during the winter season. He is an avid traveller and enjoys meeting people from diverse backgrounds and trying different types of food from around the world. Nick is also a rugby league and cricket fan.

Dr Chan grew up in Auckland. He moved to Canberra in 2011 to finish his studies in medicine at the ANU. He loves Canberra so he has remained ever since.

Prior to studying medicine, he was a physiotherapist for five years, which gives him excellent skills in sports medicine.

He chose general practice because of the range of medicine and the people he has the privilege of meeting. He feels like he can help people and that gives a great sense of job satisfaction.

He chose Crace as he enjoys the environment, staff and colleagues as well as the opportunity to work in an area with lots of young families, similar to his own.

Kristin enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interests in paediatrics, dermatology and travel medicine.

Kristin says she chose General Practice as she was interested in all aspects of medicine, not just one speciality. General Practice allows her to keep current in all medical fields. She says General Practice has allowed her to work both in Australia and also overseas which has been very exciting. She loves looking after many generations of the same family, and it is a privilege get to know families and to be involved in their care on a personal level.

Graduate of the University of Sydney with first class honours, 1998. Dr O’Neill has worked as a GP in Sydney, Dubai and most recently Singapore where she looked after expat Australians and New Zealanders, along with patients from eighty different countries. Prior to this she spent ten years as an airforce GP.

Her family returned to Australia in 2014 to make Canberra their long-term home.

She chose YourGP because of the focus on patient care and high standards of practice. It is an added bonus to be working with genuinely nice staff and in such a beautiful community location.

Outside of work she enjoys travel, skiing, zoology, cooking and gardening. She confessed to having more kitchen appliances than space in her kitchen and too many recipe books. She has had many interesting pets over time including kangaroo joeys, injured fruit bats, rescued lab rabbits, axolotls, and Blue Tongues. She has two children.

Kristin enjoys all aspects of general practice with special interests in paediatrics, dermatology and travel medicine.

Kristin says she chose General Practice as she was interested in all aspects of medicine, not just one speciality. General Practice allows her to keep current in all medical fields. She says General Practice has allowed her to work both in Australia and also overseas which has been very exciting. She loves looking after many generations of the same family, and it is a privilege get to know families and to be involved in their care on a personal level.

Graduate of the University of Sydney with first class honours, 1998. Dr O’Neill has worked as a GP in Sydney, Dubai and most recently Singapore where she looked after expat Australians and New Zealanders, along with patients from eighty different countries. Prior to this she spent ten years as an airforce GP.

Her family returned to Australia in 2014 to make Canberra their long-term home.

She chose YourGP because of the focus on patient care and high standards of practice. It is an added bonus to be working with genuinely nice staff and in such a beautiful community location.

Outside of work she enjoys travel, skiing, zoology, cooking and gardening. She confessed to having more kitchen appliances than space in her kitchen and too many recipe books. She has had many interesting pets over time including kangaroo joeys, injured fruit bats, rescued lab rabbits, axolotls, and Blue Tongues. She has two children.

Graduate of the University of Auckland in 1981. Dr Beuth completed her GP training in Christchurch before moving to Australia in 1989. She worked in Belconnen as a GP for twenty-five years before moving to YourGP@Crace in 2014.

Special interests are skin cancer medicine/surgery and women’s health, but most of her practice is true general practice. Julie has two daughters. Outside of work she loves to stay active with her partner, they enjoy skiing, cycling, running and gardening. Julie regularly travels to New Zealand where she is growing vineyards and setting up a truffle farm.

Graduate of the University of Sydney with honors in 2006, Dr Bremner worked for several years as a GP and Emergency doctor in a remote town on the coast of Canada, accessible only by boat or plane. She returned to Australia in 2014 to make Canberra her long-term home.

She has special interests in paediatrics, women’s health, menopause, aged care and lifestyle modification. She says loves the variety of General Practice and building relationships with patients. She enjoys being able to support people to improve their physical and emotional health.

Dr Bremner was the first woman to represent Australia in wrestling at the 2008 Olympics. She married the coach of the Polish Olympic team and they have three young boys. They continue to enjoy wrestling and coaching.
